After submitting your details, you'll receive a verification email — click the link to activate your account. 11ph requires KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before you can make deposits or withdrawals. You'll need to submit a valid government-issued photo ID — accepted documents include a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, PhilHealth ID, or Voter's ID.
